Commercial Operations Manager Jobs in UK 2026

Ready to build the systems behind a fast-growing AI startup’s customer work? STRATOS Technologies seeks a Commercial Operations Manager for its Farringdon office in London. Visa sponsorship is stated as available for this permanent role. If designing processes that help a team scale excites you, this role offers real ownership.

About the Role

You will be the operational backbone of the commercial team. This includes designing and improving the playbooks used to run customer rollouts. Additionally, you will build the internal knowledge base, capturing lessons from customer work. You will also establish repeatable processes, templates, and workflows as the team grows.

This is not a task-tracking role, because you decide how work should be done. You will work directly with the co-founders, three days a week in the office.

About the Hiring Firm

STRATOS Technologies is a London-based B2B software startup founded in 2022. Its founders are former executives who led a $1 billion division at a Fortune 500 industrial company. The company builds a “Strategy Operating System” that unifies internal and external data into a digital twin of a business.

It says it is funded by investors including Accel, and trusted by nearly a dozen industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Public sources show a small team of about 11 to 50 people. Its seed funding is reported at between €3.3 million and $3.9 million, depending on the source.

Job Requirements

• Typically 3–5 years in operations, programme management, consulting, or chief-of-staff roles

• A preference for building a system once over solving problems repeatedly
• German is a plus, not required
