Job Summary

We currently seek motivated, honest, and energetic individuals to join our Susu collection team in Odorkor. This position places you at the heart of our operations, where you will conduct door to door daily cash collections from marketing traders and local business owners in designated Odorkor zones. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, business growth, and community trust.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Conduct door to door daily cash collection from marketing traders and local business owners in designated Odorkor zones.
• Maintain 100 percent accurate, transparent, and error free daily records in official customer paper cards and field ledgers.
• Educate clients on our routine savings products, policies, and withdrawal cycles, ensuring they understand the benefits and processes.
• Achieve realistic weekly and monthly customer acquisition and collection targets, driving business growth.
• Build long term community trust and guarantee exceptional levels of customer satisfaction through consistent and reliable service.
• Handle cash responsibly and securely, upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and local languages such as Twi or Ga, ensuring clear understanding.
• Navigate daily field routes efficiently, maintaining punctuality and professionalism.

Qualification

To succeed in this role, you must bring a combination of educational background, practical experience, and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of SHS, WASSCE, or Diploma certificate.
• Experience: Previous field experience in Susu collection, microfinance sales, or door to door direct marketing is preferred.
• Trustworthiness: Exceptionally trustworthy, reliable, and disciplined with cash handling.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and local languages like Twi or Ga.
• Physical Fitness: Energetic and physically fit for walking daily field routes.
• Location: Ideally reside in or near Odorkor for convenient commuting.
• Customer Focus: Genuine commitment to building community trust and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
