What You Need to Qualify

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Agricultural Extension, or a related field
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a multinational agribusiness, agricultural input company, or related commercial environment
• Proven experience in agronomy, crop nutrition, technical sales, market development, and farmer engagement
• Demonstrated experience planning and implementing field demonstrations, adaptive trials, and training programs
• Strong understanding of crop nutrition, fertilizer recommendations, and agronomic best practices for key regional crops
