The Opportunity Awaits You

We currently seek a Professional Driver for Executive Vehicles to join our team in Tema. This position places you at the heart of our executive operations, where you will drive senior management and guests in high end vehicles. Your professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail will directly influence the comfort, safety, and confidence of our executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive company executives in high end vehicles including SUVs such as Nissan Patrol and Toyota Land Cruiser, as well as 7 to 8 seater cars.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanour at all times, representing the company with pride and courtesy.
• Ensure daily vehicle checks covering fuel, oil, brakes, lights, cleanliness, and other essentials.
• Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle both inside and out, ensuring a comfortable environment for passengers.
• Follow routes, time schedules, and traffic laws strictly, prioritising safety at every turn.
• Keep a logbook of trips, fuel, and maintenance, ensuring accurate records for accountability.
• Manage minor mechanical issues and report major problems immediately to management.
• Ensure the safety of passengers at all times through defensive driving and vigilance.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding executive movements and conversations.
• Remain available for flexible working hours including weekends or late hours as required.

Qualification and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must bring a combination of experience, licensing, and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional driving experience, including VIP or executive driving.
• Licence: Valid Ghanaian driving licence with a clean record.
• Knowledge: Good familiarity with Greater Accra routes, especially Tema and Accra.
• Skills: Polite and well groomed with strong communication abilities.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to meeting schedules.
• Driving Technique: Proficiency in defensive driving techniques.
• Composure: Ability to handle stressful driving conditions calmly.
• Preferred Location: Candidates living near Community 10 in Tema will receive preference.
• Background Verification: Background checks and reference verification will be mandatory.
