POSITION: Logistics Officer

Delivery Planning & Monitoring

• You will plan and monitor outgoing deliveries, ensuring every order leaves on time and follows the most efficient route.
• Developing new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs demonstrates your initiative and business acumen.

Driver Supervision & Customer Delivery

• You will supervise logistics, transportation, and customer delivery, holding drivers accountable for performance and professionalism.
• Ensuring customers receive their cakes in good condition and on schedule protects our reputation.

Workspace & Shipment Organization

• You will organize the workspace, label goods clearly, plot routes efficiently, and process shipments accurately.
• Maintaining an orderly environment reduces errors and speeds up fulfillment.

Technology & Navigation

• You must be computer literate, comfortable using scheduling software, tracking tools, and communication platforms.
• Using ride hailing apps like Uber and Bolt for route verification or backup delivery support shows your adaptability.
• Being conversant with locations within Accra allows you to plan routes that avoid traffic and delays.

What You Bring to the Role

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree qualification.
• At least two years of work experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge

• Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics.
• Computer literacy for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with ride hailing apps and navigation tools.
