POSITION: Sales and Marketing Executive

Your Mission

You will take responsibility for the distribution and sales of the company’s books across your designated area. Additionally, you must be willing to travel outside Accra, expanding your reach to other regions.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans sales execution, customer engagement, distribution management, and territory expansion. Here is what you will tackle:

Sales & Distribution

• You will handle the distribution and sales of the company’s books, ensuring they reach retailers, schools, and direct customers.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets requires consistent effort, smart planning, and persistent follow through.

Customer Engagement

• You will build relationships with bookshop owners, school administrators, and individual buyers.
• Communicating the value of our publications persuasively helps customers understand why our books deserve a place on their shelves.

Territory Management

• You will cover designated areas including Odorkor, Gbawe, Mallam, Weija, Awoshie, Kwashieman, Laterbiokorshie, and Dansoman.
• Traveling outside Accra when required expands your territory and opens new revenue streams.

Market Intelligence

• You will gather feedback from customers about our publications and competitor activities.
• Sharing insights with the marketing team helps us refine our products and strategies.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for a candidate with the right qualifications, experience, and personal attributes. Here is what you need:

Education

• An HND in Marketing or any related field.

Experience

• Two or more years of experience, preferably in sales, distribution, or a related field.
• Experience in publishing, book sales, or educational materials gives you a distinct advantage.

Age

• 25 years and above.

Location

• You must reside in Odorkor, Gbawe, Mallam, Weija, Awoshie, Kwashieman, Laterbiokorshie, Dansoman, or surrounding areas. Proximity to your designated territory ensures efficient coverage.

Willingness to Travel

• You must be willing to travel outside Accra when required. Some of our best customers lie beyond the capital.
