Job Duties

• Manage relationships with multiple global BPO partners across different operational locations.
• Establish governance frameworks, including performance reviews, scorecards, and reporting structures.
• Monitor key metrics such as customer satisfaction, service levels, and productivity consistently.
• Implement corrective action plans to address performance gaps and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to standardize processes, training, and knowledge management systems.
• Support capacity planning, forecasting, and vendor selection processes as the business scales.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues across regions.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least five years of experience managing BPO or vendor operations in relevant industries.
• Demonstrate experience managing multi-vendor and multi-site global operations effectively.
• Exhibit strong data analysis skills and the ability to use metrics for decision-making.
• Show excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
• Have experience managing service level agreements, KPIs, and vendor governance frameworks.
• Display commercial awareness and ability to manage vendor costs efficiently.
• Be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship where applicable under UK requirements.
