Job Duties

• Serve as the primary client contact for public works projects within the Las Vegas region.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets across multiple active infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution and collaboration.
• Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects for city, county, and state government agencies.
• Support business development efforts by strengthening client relationships and pursuing new project opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to expand market presence and secure additional project backlog.
• Mentor junior engineers while contributing to team development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management requirements.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills within engineering or infrastructure environments.
• Show proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a primary project interface.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized and accredited institution.
• A valid Professional Engineer license required for public works project management roles.
• Have at least eight years of experience in public works or infrastructure-related engineering projects.
