• You will handle shipping clearance procedures at ports, terminals, and relevant authorities, ensuring every shipment meets regulatory requirements.
• Navigating port protocols efficiently reduces delays and demurrage costs.

Customs Documentation & Follow Up

• You will assist with customs documentation and follow ups, ensuring paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Tracking each document through the approval process prevents bottlenecks.

Stakeholder Liaison

• You will liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs officials, and clients, keeping all parties informed and aligned.
• Building professional relationships with port stakeholders makes future clearances smoother.

Shipment Tracking & Resolution

• You will track shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery, alerting management to potential delays before they escalate.
• Resolving on ground issues related to cargo movement and documentation requires quick thinking and sound judgment.

Reporting & Additional Tasks

• You will submit daily and weekly field reports to management, documenting progress, challenges, and resolutions.
