POSITION: Sales Executives

Prime Africa Solutions is seeking Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, bring up to one year of sales experience, and want to work in Accra, Eastern, or Central Region, this role offers the perfect opportunity to launch or accelerate your sales career.

Your Mission

You will take responsibility for pursuing sales opportunities, collaborating with team members and supervisors, maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing and delivering persuasive presentations. Your ability to stay punctual, consistent, and assertive when meeting clients will determine your success. Additionally, you must be willing to relocate if necessary, showing flexibility and commitment.

Your role spans opportunity pursuit, team collaboration, record keeping, and presentation delivery. Here is what you will tackle:

Pursue Sales Opportunities

  • You will identify and pursue sales opportunities within your assigned territory, prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Following up on leads persistently turns interest into revenue.

Collaborate with Team Members and Supervisor

  • You will work closely with your sales team and supervisor, sharing insights, celebrating wins, and learning from losses.
  • Team collaboration accelerates individual growth and collective success.

Maintain and Submit Accurate Records

  • You will maintain and submit accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and closed deals.
  • Clean records help management track performance and forecast future revenue.

Prepare and Deliver Presentations

  • You will prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services, tailoring each pitch to the client’s needs.
  • Great presentations build trust and shorten sales cycles.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for a candidate with the right education, experience, and personal attributes. Here is what you need:

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • Up to one year of experience in sales or a relevant role. Recent graduates with strong internships are welcome.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self motivated with a results driven approach, setting goals and pushing yourself to exceed them.
  • Highly punctual and consistent, because reliability builds trust with clients and supervisors.
  • Positive and assertive when meeting clients, balancing friendliness with the confidence to ask for the sale.
  • Willing to relocate if necessary, showing flexibility and commitment to the role.

Location Preference

  • Candidates based in Accra, Eastern Region (Aburi, Suhum, Nkawkaw, Oda, Akosombo), or Central Region (Cape Coast, Winneba, Swedru, Mankessim) are preferred.
