Overview
This is a full-time seasonal role from 1 April 2026 to 30 November 2026. You will work in an industrial laundry facility serving hospitality and service clients, ensuring linens are processed to high standards of cleanliness and quality. The role is hands-on, process-driven and often fast-paced.
Hours and pay
- Typical hours are guaranteed weekly minimums with overtime available during busy periods.
- Pay is hourly and paid weekly; tips are not usually relevant in this setting.

About the employer
The company operates modern industrial laundry facilities across Cape Cod and regularly hires both domestic and H-2B seasonal staff. They provide necessary equipment and uniforms, transport to and from the workplace, and offer optional subsidised staff housing.
Main duties
- Sort, treat, wash, dry, fold and prepare commercial linens to quality standards
- Load and unload industrial washers, dryers and folding machines safely
- Prepare sheets, duvet covers and table linen for finishing
- Separate stained or damaged items for further treatment or repair
- Inspect linens for quality issues and follow production schedules
- Operate automated folding equipment and respond to machine alerts
- Follow chemical handling and safety procedures at all times
- Keep work areas clean and support shift operations as needed
Person specification
- Ideally at least 6 months’ experience in a commercial or industrial laundry setting
- Able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 13–15 kg (approx. 30 lbs)
- Physically able to bend, reach, push, pull and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic literacy to follow instructions, labels and simple operational notes
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays and overtime where required
- Eligible for the U.S. H-2B seasonal worker visa
