Job Duties

• Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery for various residential and commercial projects.
• Operate and assist with programming CNC machines to support automated production processes.
• Interpret CAD drawings and production plans to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly outcomes.
• Cut, prepare, and assemble materials using woodworking tools and machinery efficiently.
• Install cabinetry on-site while ensuring proper alignment, finishing, and structural integrity.
• Select appropriate materials, fittings, and tools based on specific project requirements.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship throughout all stages of production.
• Troubleshoot fabrication and installation issues to ensure timely project completion.

Job Requirements

• Possess a minimum of three years’ experience as a cabinet maker or joiner.
• Demonstrate experience with CNC machines or show willingness to learn and upskill quickly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD-based production plans accurately.
• Exhibit strong skills using power tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery effectively.
