POSITION: Brand Manager
Mondelēz International is seeking a Brand Manager for our Beverages and Core Portfolio. If you hold a first degree or HND, bring at least five years of marketing experience (with two years in a similar brand role), and want to work in the fast moving consumer goods sector, this role offers the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career while shaping brands that reach millions of consumers.

Your Mission
You will take responsibility for executing brand strategy for designated brands, developing product and packaging initiatives, implementing pricing strategies, and planning integrated marketing communication and media plans. Your focus will span portfolio oversight, innovation pipeline, digital strategy, pricing recommendations, and performance tracking. Your ability to present stories in an inspiring, convincing manner will engage stakeholders and secure buy in for your plans.
Key Responsibilities
Your role spans brand strategy execution, portfolio management, innovation pipeline, communication strategy, cross functional coordination, and performance analysis. Here is what you will tackle:
Brand Strategy & Vision Implementation
- You will implement the Brand Vision, Brand Strategy, and main growth drivers, ensuring every activity aligns with long term goals.
- Supporting the development of comprehensive Marketing Plans and Strategies keeps the brand on track.
Portfolio Management & Revenue Growth
- You will help manage a winning Brand Portfolio, covering all channels including e commerce and all target audiences, while delivering Revenue Growth Management KPIs.
- Capturing full portfolio oversight, you will drive execution across the entire category.
Innovation Pipeline & New Opportunities
- You will help define the Innovation Brand Pipeline with a long term vision, deploying new products across different markets.
- Helping detect new brand opportunities, taking into consideration business needs and Category development, fuels future growth.
Communication & Digital Strategy
- You will assist in defining the Brand Communication and Digital Strategy in collaboration with external partners, boosting brand awareness and building brand equity.
- Staying informed of Marketing Strategies and Trends keeps your approach current and competitive.
Cross Functional Coordination
- You will coordinate Marketing Strategies with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Communication Teams, and the rest of the Marketing Department.
- Aligning every function around shared goals prevents silos and maximizes impact.
Pricing & Performance Tracking
- You will assist the Category Manager to ensure pricing aligns with the validated pricing strategy in the category plan, making recommendations on consumer pricing and defining desired relative pricing.
- Understanding the impact of marketing spend on the P&L of the category and tracking brand performance keeps you accountable.
Marketing Intelligence
- You will provide marketing intelligence for strategic decision making, turning data into actionable insights.

We are looking for a candidate with the right education, experience, skills, and mindset. Here is what you need:
Education & Certifications
- A good first BSc degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Computer literacy and excellent use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience
- At least five years of working experience, with the last two years in a similar Brand Manager position.
- Marketing experience, preferably in the fast moving consumer goods sector.
Knowledge & Skills
- A clear understanding of our brands, business, and consumers.
- Delivering results autonomously while influencing stakeholders across functions.
- Analytical skills paired with a creative mindset—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
- Presenting a story in an inspiring and convincing manner, whether to leadership or external partners.
- Project management from design to completion, with an action orientation that gets things done.
