Job Duties

• Oversee maintenance and repair activities across Asia to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Review and approve repair estimates while ensuring cost-effectiveness and technical accuracy.
• Monitor repair execution timelines and escalate issues to ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage tank testing processes, including periodic, pressure, and leakage testing activities.
• Support asset turnaround by reducing maintenance delays and improving operational readiness.
• Track idle units and ensure the timely release of tanks for subsequent leasing operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain service quality and performance.
• Provide technical support to customers and sales teams for complex repair and modification needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports on maintenance, repair costs, and system updates.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least five years of experience in ISO tank maintenance and technical fleet operations.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of ISO tank containers and relevant repair standards.
• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical engineering discipline.
• Exhibit strong hands-on experience in maintenance and repair operations within industrial environments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cost control systems.
• Show excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail in documentation processes.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in English and Mandarin for stakeholder coordination.
