POSITION: Talent Acquisition Partner

Nestlé Ghana is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. If you hold a Bachelor’s degree, bring four to five years of end to end talent acquisition experience, and want to work for the largest food and beverage company in the world, this role offers the perfect opportunity to manage recruitment strategy, coach hiring managers, champion recruitment technology, and collaborate on the Global Youth Initiative.

Your Mission

You will take responsibility for executing and managing the end to end talent acquisition strategy for your aligned function or business. Your focus will span talent acquisition delivery, hiring manager advisory, candidate relationship management, technology and digital sourcing, Global Youth Initiative collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coach managers on modern recruiting methodology, and use social media and digital channels to attract talent will determine your success.

A Day in the Life of the Talent Acquisition Partner

Talent Acquisition Delivery

  • You will partner with aligned functions and businesses to understand hiring needs, align stakeholders, and execute the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Managing end to end recruitment in line with the Talent Selection methodology delivers high quality hires and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Proactively sourcing active and passive talent (directly or through Global Talent Sourcers) while managing recruitment costs effectively fills your pipeline.

Hiring Manager Advisory

  • You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs by providing market insights, data driven guidance, and creative hiring solutions.
  • Informing decisions using labour market trends, competitor intelligence, and remuneration data builds credibility.
  • Building hiring manager capability through coaching on selection tools and ensuring full compliance across recruitment processes reduces risk.

Candidate Relationship & Experience

  • You will build strong candidate relationships, particularly with high potential talent, ensuring a consistent and compelling Employee Value Proposition throughout the hiring journey.
  • Driving an excellent candidate experience, supporting hiring managers in delivering the employer brand promise, managing rejections professionally, converting offers effectively, and sharing assessment insights with HRBP and Talent Management supports onboarding and early development.

Technology & Digital Sourcing

  • You will champion the use of recruitment technology, optimising ATS (CRM or SF) usage, data quality, and reporting.
  • Leveraging social media and digital channels to attract and source active and passive candidates keeps your funnel full.

Global Youth Initiative (GYI)

  • You will collaborate on the execution of the Global Youth Initiative across four pillars within the country.
  • Coordinating with the Corporate Communication & Public Affairs (CCPA) team and driving initiatives that support Nestlé Needs YOUth (NNY) objectives strengthens our employer brand.

Continuous Improvement

  • You will continuously improve talent acquisition practices, processes, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the market and business.

What Will Make You Successful?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Four to five years of experience in end to end Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively, often with different hiring requirements.
  • Experience working in the recruiting industry, ideally with a mix of recruitment agency and in house Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience coaching managers on interviewing and modern recruiting methodology.
  • Influencing and networking skills to achieve outcomes with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with technological providers including ATS platforms, various social media platforms, and other digital sourcing channels for recruiting purposes.
