- You will maintain physical and digital filing systems, organizing documents so anyone can find what they need quickly.

Data Entry & Reporting
- You will enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems, preventing errors that could mislead decision making.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and summaries keeps managers informed and prepared.
Office Support
- You will monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the team never runs out of essential items.
- Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and building management keeps the office functional and comfortable.
General Office Duties
- You will handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, making sure nothing gets lost.
