POSITION: Customer Service Advisor

You will build rapport with sports and fashion enthusiasts by actively listening to their needs. Then, you will provide tailored solutions while recognizing buying signals. Understanding what drives each customer will allow you to serve them better.

Sales Mindset

You will utilize a sales mindset to recommend the best products and services. Your recommendations will boost athletic performance and match customer needs. You will turn inquiries into purchases without being pushy.

Accurate Documentation

You will accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer service database. This documentation supports a personalized customer experience across future touchpoints.

Process Improvement

What You Need to Qualify

Required Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a customer service or sales role. Retail or sports industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English at B2 level is mandatory. For any additional language relevant to the role, you need proficiency at C1 level.
• Passion: A genuine love for sports and fashion. The company wants someone who gets excited about the latest trends. You must be able to chat with customers about athletic gear and stylish apparel naturally.
