- Results-driven with a positive, persuasive approach to sales and client care.
- Basic numeracy and good record-keeping for accurate transactions.
- Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field around Accra or Kumasi.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or as a field agent is helpful but not essential — training will be provided.
Location
- Roles are available in both Accra and Kumasi. Fieldwork is required across community locations within each metropolitan area.
What we offer
- Practical on-the-job training and ongoing coaching.
- Opportunity to progress a career in microfinance and financial services.
