Duties of Veterinary Surgeon Jobs in Australia

You will have the following duties:

First, you should diagnose, treat, and stop diseases in animals, perform surgeries, provide consultations, and offer preventive care.
Second, you wperforml do routine check-ups, immunisations, and emergency operations at small animal clinics.
Third, in large animal or mixed practices, you will be responsible for herd health, reproductive services, and procedures.
You will also work with people from different fields on teams, and you will often have access to innovative diagnostic tools, including ultrasound, endoscopy, and digital radiography.
Finally, you will focus on subjects like theriogenology (reproduction), cancer, or emergency/critical care (ECC), and you will work in schools.
