Job Duties

• Guide clients through onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of AI-powered advertising tools.
• Train customers on system configuration, campaign setup, and effective execution strategies.

• Collaborate with technical teams to refine optimization strategies across multiple advertising platforms.
• Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating value and driving high retention rates.
• Identify upselling and expansion opportunities to support customer growth and success.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements for product and engineering teams.
• Develop scalable playbooks, documentation, and processes to enhance customer success operations.

Job Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth Operations.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex AI and technical concepts into business value.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts effectively.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and campaign performance metrics.

• Experience with ad platforms and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar systems.
