Job Duties

• Define and execute a comprehensive partner and channel strategy to drive third-party revenue growth.
• Design partner structures and business models that convert collaborations into measurable business outcomes.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and support partners aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Manage strategic alliances and act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Build strong relationships with implementation partners to ensure successful collaboration and delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute partner-driven strategies.
• Develop enablement materials and provide training to ensure partners are effectively positioned.
• Monitor and report on partner performance, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution regularly.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
• At least five years of experience in partner, channel, or alliance management roles.
• Strong ability to design partner ecosystems and define revenue-generating business models.
• Proven experience working with diverse partner types, including resellers and system integrators.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders effectively.
• Experience using CRM and PRM tools for managing pipelines and partner performance.
• Familiarity with technology, cloud solutions, or industrial digital platforms is an advantage.
