Your Mission

Administration & Financial Handling

Working with inventory management systems to confirm parts availability and support ordering processes prevents delays.

What You Bring to the Role

Experience & Knowledge

Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, or service advisory roles. Automotive experience gives you a distinct advantage.
Proven knowledge of basic automotive systems and repair processes, enabling you to speak credibly with both customers and technicians.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools such as Google Workspace.
Ability to use database, CRM, and inventory management systems effectively.
A valid driver’s licence is mandatory, as you may need to move vehicles within the workshop or understand driving related concerns.
