Job Duties

• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions within a short-term, goal-oriented EAP framework.

Job Requirements

• Relevant postgraduate qualification in psychology, such as an MA, PG Diploma, or a Doctorate.
• Registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and possession of a current APC.
• Membership with recognized professional bodies, such as the New Zealand Psychological Society.
• Minimum of three years post-registration clinical experience in mental health or counselling settings.
• Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and sound clinical judgement.
• Person-centred approach with a passion for proactive workplace wellbeing solutions.
• Willingness to relocate and meet visa requirements under the AEWV program if applying internationally.
