Job Duties

• Provide legal expertise on U.S. government contracting, including procurement processes, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, subcontracts, and partnership agreements across multiple stakeholders.
• Advise business teams on federal healthcare regulations, including compliance with fraud, abuse, and privacy laws.
• Support the development and execution of commercial strategies aligned with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, regulatory, and operations, to ensure legal alignment.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate their impact on business operations and contracting activities.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and resources to guide teams on legal and compliance standards.

• Assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies across contracts, pricing, and service arrangements.

Job Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school and an active license to practice law in the United States.
• Minimum of eight years of legal experience, including significant exposure to healthcare or commercial law.
• At least five years of experience specifically focused on federal government contracting regulations and practices.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements related to healthcare products and services.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
