Your Mission
You will handle general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, answering and making telephone calls, managing emails, and performing reception desk duties under the supervision of a designated manager. Your role also includes routine accounts and trainee payments work, maintaining high quality records, and providing excellent customer service face to face, by telephone, or via email. Your careful, methodical approach will ensure every task meets the highest standard, even when conducting routine or repetitive work.

Your role spans clerical support, customer service, records management, and financial administration. Here is what you will tackle:
Clerical & Administrative Support
- You will perform general clerical work including filing, photocopying, answering and making telephone calls, dealing with emails, and reception desk duties.
- Supporting your line manager and colleagues with administrative tasks keeps the team productive and focused.
- Working as part of a team in a busy environment requires flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed.
Customer Service & Communication
- You will communicate and deal with the public and customers, responding to queries and providing information face to face, by telephone, or via email.
- Providing the highest quality standards in customer service builds trust and leaves a positive impression of our organization.
Records & Technology
- You will use information technology on a daily basis, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, and the internet.
- Maintaining high quality records in a thorough and organized manner ensures information is always accessible when needed.
- Checking all work thoroughly to ensure it meets a high standard catches errors before they cause problems.
Financial & Payment Support
- You will carry out routine accounts and trainee payments work, demonstrating attention to detail with financial transactions.
Professional Approach
- You will approach work in a careful and methodical manner, displaying accuracy at all times, even when conducting routine or repetitive tasks.

Qualifications & Experience
