POSITION: Container Office Production Supervisor

Your Mission

You will oversee the entire production process for container homes and offices, from initial fabrication through final installation. • You will ensure quality and safety standards remain consistently met, inspecting completed work before it leaves the workshop.
• Addressing defects or non compliance immediately prevents rework and customer complaints.

Client & Supplier Communication

• You will communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide progress updates, and manage expectations.
• Liaising with suppliers ensures materials and tools arrive when needed, avoiding costly delays.

Planning & Reporting

• You will report on production status, challenges, and milestones to management, keeping leadership informed.
• Reading and interpreting plans accurately ensures your team builds exactly what the client expects.

Inventory Management

• You will manage inventory of tools, materials, and equipment, tracking usage and reordering before shortages occur.
• Maintaining organized storage protects assets and improves efficiency.
