Your Mission

Installation

You will install broadband equipment at homes and offices, mounting devices and running cables as needed.
Ensuring equipment functions correctly before leaving the premises.

Testing & Troubleshooting

You will perform signal testing and basic troubleshooting, identifying and resolving connectivity issues.
Escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.

Tool Use

You will use field tools such as ladders and drills safely and efficiently.
Maintaining tools in good working condition.

Reporting

Skilled in fiber optics splicing and termination.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) gives you an added advantage.
Experience with fiber or broadband installations.
Familiarity with field equipment and safety standards.
Ability to speak English and at least one local language for effective customer communication.
Previous customer facing experience gives you a plus.
