Our Consumer Goods Division

This division helps brands, retailers, and manufacturers deliver safe, ethical, and high quality products to consumers. Every single day, our inspectors, auditors, and lab technicians use their expertise to safeguard everyday household items. Think clothes and footwear. Also toys and baby products. Plus electronics, appliances, and furniture.

The Role You Will Play

You will report directly to an Operations Manager and become a vital part of our Operations team. At QIMA, Operations delivers industry leading services while maintaining the QIMA standard of quality. Your specific duties will include:

• Check your email daily to receive inspection documents and updated guidelines.
• Arrive at inspections on time and communicate with suppliers professionally at every interaction.
• Perform merchandise inspections strictly according to company procedures.
• Supervise container stuffing following our established methods.
• Complete inspection reports accurately and within required time lines.

What You Must Bring to the Table

First and foremost, we need someone with real experience. Specifically:

• Two or more years in quality management focusing on softlines, garments, textiles, or footwear.
• Solid knowledge of AQL standards plus relevant safety and quality regulations.
• Strong command of English both spoken and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with unshakable professional ethics.
