POSITION: Sales Representative
Holly Trans Ltd is seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, plus knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, this role offers a monthly salary of GHS 1,400 to GHS 1,700 plus attractive sales commission.

Your Mission
You will take responsibility for identifying and developing new business opportunities. Your role includes generating leads and converting prospects into customers, conducting client visits, presentations, and product or service demonstrations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on inquiries and customer requests, meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets, preparing sales reports, monitoring competitor activities, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the company professionally.

Business Development
- You will identify and develop new business opportunities within logistics and transportation.
- Prospecting for potential customers who need freight forwarding or supply chain services.
Lead Conversion
- You will generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Then, Using communication and persuasion skills to close deals.
Client Visits
- You will conduct client visits, presentations, and product or service demonstrations.
- Also, Building trust through face to face meetings.
Relationship Management
- You will build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Moreover, Ensuring repeat business and long term partnerships.
Follow Up
- You will follow up on inquiries and customer requests promptly.
- Never letting a potential sale go cold.
Target Achievement
- You will meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Reporting
- You will prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Documenting sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Market Monitoring

What You Bring to the Role
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Communication Studies, or a related field.
- Candidates without a degree may also apply if they possess at least one year of proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Candidates with both the required academic qualification and relevant sales experience will have an added advantage.
