POSITION:  Data Annotation Specialists

Consequently, the company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure Delivery to own the entire lifecycle of its infrastructure platforms—from hybrid cloud environments to on premises compute and storage systems.

First and foremost, this role goes beyond routine maintenance. You will drive high availability, security, and scalability across all infrastructure services. Furthermore, you will lead automation efforts, enforce ITIL based service management, and ensure every platform performs flawlessly around the clock.

Core Responsibilities You Will Own

• End to end delivery and operations of IT infrastructure, including cloud (public, private, hybrid), data centers, servers, and storage.
• Incident, problem, and change management using ITIL frameworks while driving continuous service improvement (CSI).
• Infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management to eliminate manual inefficiencies through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) and configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Performance monitoring and capacity planning with observability platforms like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Security compliance and risk mitigation in partnership with security teams, including patching, vulnerability management, and audit closure.
• Vendor and budget oversight to enforce SLAs, control operational costs, and support FinOps driven optimization.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity to guarantee robust backup and failover capabilities.

What You Bring to the Table

Education & Certifications

• Minimum university degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, COBIT5, PMP, AWS, Azure, or security fundamentals give you a strong edge.
• An MBA or Master’s degree is a definite plus.

Experience

• At least 8 years in IT infrastructure (data center, network, cloud, or end user services) with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing vendors and driving SLA/KPI performance.
• Experience in telecoms or regulated environments is highly desirable.

Technical Mastery We Expect

• Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Virtualization (VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V)
• Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancers
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Security frameworks and compliance standards
