POSITION: Machine Operator

Your Technical Toolkit

Success in this position requires a solid foundation in computer numerical control operations. You will need technical proficiency in operating a CNC machine, specifically including the Co2 laser CNC. This means you understand how to set up the machine, load materials, and execute programs with accuracy and care.

Beyond operating the machinery itself, you must also be comfortable with the digital side of the process. The ideal applicant can use one or more of the relevant software programs that work with CNC machines. You should know how to import designs, adjust settings, and troubleshoot any software issues that arise during production.

Skills and Experience

We seek candidates who bring a combination of hands on experience and theoretical knowledge. Your background should demonstrate a clear understanding of the entire CNC workflow.

Proficiency in CNC Machine Operation: You have experience running CNC machines in a professional setting. You understand the importance of safety protocols, routine maintenance, and quality control. You can monitor the machine during operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
Proficiency with CNC Software: You are comfortable using various CNC operation software platforms. You can navigate different interfaces, interpret design files, and translate them into machine instructions. You stay updated on software features that can improve efficiency and output quality.
