About Role

The Experimental Quantum Engineer will join the Operations team, playing a central role in delivering high-performance quantum hardware to customers worldwide. You will manage state-of-the-art dilution refrigerator setups, conduct advanced qubit measurements, and collaborate closely with fabrication and design teams to ensure device excellence. Responsibilities

Own and manage cryogenic measurement setups, including purchasing, building, maintaining, and upgrading state-of-the-art systems
Operate dilution refrigerators and oversee hands-on testing of superconducting quantum hardware
Develop and refine Python-based measurement routines for device characterization
Characterize quantum chips to evaluate qubit and amplifier performance
Identify abnormalities, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective measures in collaboration with fabrication and design teams
Continuously improve measurement setups, software tools, and operational processes

Requirements

Master’s degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on quantum computing
Hands-on programming experience, ideally in Python
Knowledge of superconducting circuits and microwave measurement techniques (advantageous but not mandatory)
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both experimentally and in code
