POSITION: Sales Executive

Bon Agro Company Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell household agrochemical products to distributors, retailers, and end users. Your Mission

You will take responsibility for promoting and selling household agrochemical products to distributors, retailers, and end users across your territory. Your role includes conducting product demonstrations and educating customers on proper product usage and safety, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities, preparing sales reports, and monitoring market trends.

Sales

  • You will promote and sell household agrochemical products to distributors, retailers, and end users.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and following up on leads.

Customer Education

  • You will conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on proper product usage and safety.
  • Explaining mixing ratios, application methods, and safety precautions.

Relationship Management

  • You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.

Marketing Support

  • You will support marketing campaigns and promotional activities, distributing materials and setting up displays.
  • Providing feedback on campaign effectiveness.

Reporting

  • You will prepare sales reports, tracking activities, leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Submitting reports on time to management.

Market Monitoring

  • You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Identifying opportunities for new products or pricing adjustments.

What You Bring to the Role

Education & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in agrochemicals or pest control products.

Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Strong communication skills to explain product benefits and safety instructions clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and handle price objections.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets without constant supervision.
  • Willingness to travel when required, visiting distributors, retailers, and end users.
