The successful candidate will work closely with go-to-market teams, finance, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to create a unified revenue infrastructure built around automation, reliable data, and intelligent workflows.

Job Duties
- Architect and build the end-to-end revenue technology stack across CRM, customer success, forecasting, billing, and analytics.
- Own CRM configuration, data architecture, workflows, forecasting logic, and governance.
- Integrate marketing operations systems into a unified revenue ecosystem.
- Deploy AI-powered workflows across customer acquisition, sales, renewals, and expansion processes.
- Build structured data pipelines and infrastructure supporting intelligent automation.
- Establish canonical data models across go-to-market platforms.
- Drive build-versus-buy decisions for revenue technologies.
- Create dashboards and reporting systems for pipeline and revenue visibility.
- Develop forecasting methodologies and business performance analytics.
- Collaborate in building and scaling the Revenue Systems function over time.
Job Requirements
- Ten or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Revenue Technology leadership.
- At least five years of hands-on ownership of revenue systems architecture.
- Deep expertise designing and scaling Salesforce environments.
- Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, customer success, forecasting, and engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and extensible system design.
- Experience implementing AI-powered or agent-driven workflows.
- Strong technical and business communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving startup environments.
- Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting developer-focused, API, or data infrastructure businesses.
- Experience with product-led growth and enterprise sales environments.
- Knowledge of usage-based or consumption-based pricing models.
- Experience supporting revenue systems through IPO preparation or major growth milestones.
- Experience designing large-scale composable GTM architectures.
