Job Title: Digital Sales Presenter 

Job Summary

Hcowa Ghana is looking for energetic and sales-driven TikTokers to host live online sales sessions for our range of beauty products. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 sales job. You will be on camera, live, engaging with viewers, demonstrating products, and driving sales in real-time. You will need energy, confidence, and a genuine love for connecting with people.

Consequently, we are looking for active TikTok users with a strong on-camera presence. You must be comfortable talking to a live audience, responding to comments, and showcasing products in an authentic and appealing way. If you have experience with live-selling or a good knowledge of makeup, skincare, and hair products, you will have a significant advantage. This is your chance to turn your TikTok presence into a paying career.

Core Responsibilities

As our Digital Sales Presenter, you will be the face of Hcowa Ghana on TikTok. You will go live regularly to promote and sell beauty products. Also, you will demonstrate how products work, answer viewer questions, and create a fun, engaging shopping experience. You will also create short promotional videos to attract more viewers to your live sessions. Your energy and sales skills will directly drive revenue.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Live Selling & Product Demonstration

  • Host Live Sales Sessions: You will go live on TikTok to showcase and sell beauty products. You will be the star of the show.
  • Demonstrate Products Confidently: You will show viewers how to use makeup, skincare, hair products, and more. You will highlight benefits and features in real-time.
  • Create Urgency and Excitement: You will use your sales instincts to encourage viewers to buy during the live session. You will make shopping fun and irresistible.

Audience Engagement

  • Engage Viewers Actively: You will respond to comments and questions during live sessions. You will make viewers feel seen and valued.
  • Build a Community: You will interact authentically with your audience, building loyalty and repeat viewership. You will turn followers into customers.
  • Handle Objections Gracefully: You will address concerns or hesitations from viewers with confidence and product knowledge.

Content Creation

  • Create Promotional Videos: You will produce short, engaging TikTok videos to promote upcoming live sessions. You will attract new viewers and build anticipation.
  • Showcase Products Creatively: You will find fresh, entertaining ways to feature beauty products in your content. You will keep your feed exciting.

Sales Performance

  • Drive Sales Results: Your primary goal is to sell products. You will track your performance and look for ways to improve conversion.
  • Stay Product Knowledgeable: You will learn about our beauty products inside and out. You will be able to answer any question a viewer asks.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a natural performer who loves being on camera and has the gift of gab. You do not need a traditional sales background. You need TikTok savvy, confidence, and a sales-driven mindset.

  • Confident and Talkative: You can hold a conversation easily and keep viewers entertained. You are never at a loss for words.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: You are motivated by results and enjoy the thrill of making a sale. You can persuade without being pushy.

Advantageous Skills & Experience

  • Good Knowledge of Beauty Products: Familiarity with makeup, skincare, hair products, and beauty trends is a strong advantage. You can speak knowledgeably and authentically.
  • Previous Live-Selling Experience: If you have sold products live on TikTok or other platforms, you will hit the ground running.
  • Flexible Availability: You are able to work flexible hours, including evenings when audience engagement is highest.
