Job Summary

We currently seek a Customer Support Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position places you at the heart of our operations, where you will transform CS data into insights that power smarter decisions, drive real world impact, and strengthen our customer support function. Your work will turn numbers into action, automating data flows, uncovering trends, and helping our teams make data driven decisions faster and better.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Customer Support dashboards and reports that provide real time visibility into performance metrics and operational efficiency.
• Review performance data systematically, identifying issues and trends, and provide clear insights to leadership for strategic decision making.
• Monitor data quality across pipelines, dashboards, and source systems, resolving reporting issues promptly to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain Looker models, dashboards, and PDTs, while improving usability and automation for end users.
• Work with Operations and Engineering teams on data integration, reporting requirements, governance, and compliance requests.
• Provide historical analysis to support forecasting, capacity planning, and peak season preparation, ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you must bring a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

• Practical Experience: Hands on experience in data analytics, ideally within Customer Support, operations, or working with customer related data.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating complex datasets effectively.
• Programming Skills: Experience with Python, R, or another programming language is considered a distinct advantage.
• Visualisation Tools: Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with senior stakeholders and prepare clear, concise reports and insights for leadership.
• Data Modelling: Experience with dbt or similar data modelling tools is considered a plus.
• Data Platform Knowledge: Understanding of key data platform concepts including data warehouses, pipelines, data models, and data quality management.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into understandable insights.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to address data challenges proactively.
