Job Duties

• Lead and coordinate audit workstreams across multiple client engagements
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of auditors consistently
• Serve as a key contact for engagement teams across regions
• Drive audit execution using EY technologies and data analytics
• Review documentation and resolve complex technical audit matters
• Support recruitment and onboarding within the growing RACE centre

Job Requirements

• ACA, CA, or ACCA qualification, or equivalent international credential
• Proven experience leading audit engagements and managing teams
• Strong technical audit knowledge and commitment to quality
• Experience applying UK GAAP and IFRS standards required
• Strong stakeholder management across geographically dispersed teams
• Experience reviewing offshore or distributed team work is advantageous
