Your Mission

You will teach module based courses within the Mini MBA in Business Leadership program, using a hybrid delivery model that combines in person sessions in Accra with online engagement. Your facilitation will bridge theory and practice, drawing on your real world experience to make concepts come alive for working professionals. Your ability to communicate clearly, facilitate discussion, and challenge assumptions will determine your students’ growth.

Areas of Instruction

We seek lecturers who can teach in one or more of the following areas:

• Business Strategy: Guide executives in analyzing competitive landscapes and making strategic choices.
• Financial Management: Demystify financial statements, investment decisions, and value creation.
• Marketing and Brand Strategy: Help leaders build brands that resonate in African and global markets.
• Leadership and Organizational Behavior: Develop self awareness and team effectiveness in senior professionals.
• Operations and Innovation: Optimize processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence: Prepare leaders for technology driven change.

Engagement Model

This role operates on a part time or adjunct basis with the following features:

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for candidates with the right experience, expertise, and facilitation skills. Here is what you need:

Experience & Expertise

• A minimum of five to ten years of professional experience in your subject area.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Strategy, Financial Management, Marketing and Brand Strategy, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Operations and Innovation, or Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence.
• Deep understanding of the African business context and the unique challenges leaders face on the continent.

Facilitation & Communication Skills

• Strong communication and facilitation skills that engage working professionals.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable frameworks.
• Prior teaching or training experience gives you a distinct advantage.
