The Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites early-career professionals to apply for its 2027 Young Professionals Program (YPP). Program Benefits

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must meet specific criteria:

Hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Environment, Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field (post-graduate degree preferred)
Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as macro or development economics, climate change, commercial or investment banking, education, energy, environment, financial sector, public health, public-private partnership, rural development, transport, urban planning, water operations, or agriculture and natural resources. A PhD may substitute for work experience
Be not more than 32 years old upon joining ADB
Demonstrate written and verbal proficiency in English
Be a national of one of ADB’s 69 member countries
