Requirements for the Marshall Scholarship for Americans 2027

1. Be a Citizen of the United States

• Applicants must be citizens of the United States of America at the time of applying for the award.

2. Have an Undergraduate Degree

• Applicants must have obtained their first undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year school or university in the United States by September 2027.

3. Meet the GPA Requirement

• Applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale at the time of admission.

4. Meet the Graduation Date Requirement

• Applicants must have completed or will complete their first undergraduate degree at a college or university after April 2024.

5. Meet the UK Study Restriction

• Applicants should not have previously studied for, or have, a degree or degree-equivalent certificate from a UK university.
