Requirements for the Marshall Scholarship for Americans 2027

1. Be a Citizen of the United States

Applicants must be citizens of the United States of America at the time of applying for the award.

2. Have an Undergraduate Degree

Applicants must have obtained their first undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year school or university in the United States by September 2027.

3. Meet the GPA Requirement

Applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale at the time of admission.

4. Meet the Graduation Date Requirement

Applicants must have completed or will complete their first undergraduate degree at a college or university after April 2024.

5. Meet the UK Study Restriction

Applicants should not have previously studied for, or have, a degree or degree-equivalent certificate from a UK university.
