About the Programme

What Participants Receive

Companies complete workshops, peer-learning sessions, and on-demand training resources. They also receive guidance from their regional Global Compact Country Network. Participants leave with a practical Action Plan addressing prioritized human rights risks. A certificate of completion recognizes successful participation in the programme.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must be UN Global Compact participants or willing to join. Companies should commit to identifying risks across a core value chain. Two working-level representatives and one executive sponsor must participate. Companies must commit to applying outcomes across their strategy and operations.

Required Materials

Companies apply through their local Global Compact Country Network directly. Those without an active network may apply to the global English-language track.
