Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet specific criteria:

Be at least 18 years old
Be a national of an EU Member State (limited positions open to non-EU nationals)
Hold a university degree (EQF Level 6) or vocational qualification (EQF Levels 3-5) obtained within the EU
Meet language requirements
Provide a valid criminal record certificate
Not have worked or trained in an EU institution for more than 2 months
Not have conducted a study visit at the European Parliament Secretariat within the last 6 months
