Services include gastroscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy procedures. This full-time role covers 37.5 hours weekly, including variable weekend shifts.

Job Duties

• Support management of the Endoscopy Department’s daily operations
• Plan and deliver quality care across the endoscopy pathway
• Maintain a safe environment and act on any safety concerns
• Provide specialist advice and guidance to the clinical team
• Participate in endoscope care, decontamination, and traceability records
• Provide day-to-day management and motivation to staff

Job Requirements

• Registered practitioner with the NMC or HCPC required
• At least 1 year of experience in an Endoscopy service
• Experience with JAG accreditation preferred for this role
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience required
• Previous management or team leader experience required
