POSITION: Fund Administrator

Ghana’s Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA) invites accomplished finance and agribusiness professionals to step into a career defining role. • Creating fund management manuals, disbursement policies, and investment guidelines
• Mobilizing resources and ensuring timely receipt of statutory funds under Section 17 of the TCDA Act 2019
• Screening, appraising, and processing funding applications from beneficiaries
• Tracking investments, grants, recoveries, and financial obligations with precision

Governance and Fiduciary Leadership

Beyond routine administration, this role demands sharp governance instincts. The Fund Administrator advises the Fund Management Body and TCDA Board on operational, financial, investment, and risk matters. Meanwhile, internal and external audits require seamless facilitation. Monitoring, Risk, and Stakeholder Engagement

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A master’s degree in agricultural economics, finance, an MBA with investment management specialization, or a closely related field
• At least 14 years of relevant experience spanning agri financing, agribusiness risk management, value chain development, and development finance
• Proven strategic leadership and sound management capabilities
• Strong skills in preparing projected sources and users of funds statements, plans, and budgets
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
