Job Duties

• Lead and successfully deliver fundraising rounds valued between £10 million and £15 million.
• Develop and execute comprehensive capital strategies supporting both demo and industrial scale growth.
• Engage venture capitalists, corporate investors, and financial institutions to secure funding opportunities.
• Build strong relationships that translate into both investment and commercial deal execution.
• Structure and negotiate complex deals combining equity, revenue streams, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee investor processes, including financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence activities.
• Convert strategic partnerships into bankable agreements that support long-term business scalability.
• Maintain financial discipline across budgeting, reporting, and capital allocation processes consistently.
• Align financial planning with commercial scale-up goals, including pricing and margin optimization strategies.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership on strategy, partnerships, and company growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Successfully raised over £15 million independently and deployed significant investment capital in previous roles.
