Job Duties

Lead and successfully deliver fundraising rounds valued between £10 million and £15 million.
Develop and execute comprehensive capital strategies supporting both demo and industrial scale growth.
Engage venture capitalists, corporate investors, and financial institutions to secure funding opportunities.
Build strong relationships that translate into both investment and commercial deal execution.
Structure and negotiate complex deals combining equity, revenue streams, and strategic partnerships.
Oversee investor processes, including financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence activities.
Convert strategic partnerships into bankable agreements that support long-term business scalability.
Maintain financial discipline across budgeting, reporting, and capital allocation processes consistently.
