Overview

Saudi Arabia’s economy is growing rapidly under Vision 2030, creating demand for skilled administrative and sales support staff across many sectors. Sales coordinator roles offer a good opportunity for overseas applicants who want to work in the Gulf region with employer visa sponsorship, competitive pay and opportunities for career development.

Role summary

As a sales coordinator you will support sales managers and account teams with day‑to‑day tasks, help manage customer orders and follow up on deliveries, prepare quotes and contracts, and ensure smooth communication between sales, logistics and finance.

Main duties

- Support sales managers and sales teams with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare quotes, proposals and sales contracts
- Coordinate between sales, logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery
- Process customer orders and track shipments and deliveries
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
- Produce sales reports, forecasts and performance summaries
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve order issues promptly
- Arrange meetings, presentations and client follow‑ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Who we are looking for

- Valid passport and eligibility to obtain the required Saudi work visa (employer sponsorship provided where offered)
- Minimum secondary education; many employers prefer a diploma or degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales coordination, administration or customer service — experience in services (IT, real estate, online services, logistics) is helpful

- Comfortable dealing with customers and resolving issues calmly
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
- Ability to provide references and required visa documentation (health checks, police clearance etc.)

- Indicative salary around SAR 7,000 per month (tax treatment depends on residency and employer policy)
- Accommodation and transport allowance or employer‑provided housing commonly included
- Comprehensive medical insurance and workplace benefits
- Performance bonuses and career progression opportunities
- Training and professional development provided by many employers

Visa sponsorship and practical notes

Employers who sponsor overseas hires will usually manage the work‑visa application and supply a clear list of required documents and timelines. Visa procedures, entry requirements and processing times vary — always ask the employer for a written outline before accepting an offer. Meeting Saudi immigration, health and any background‑check requirements is the applicant’s responsibility.

Support for African and Asian applicants

We welcome candidates from African and Asian communities and other overseas applicants. If you are applying from abroad or English is not your first language, please tell us in your application if you would like extra support (for example: plain‑language guidance, extra time for paperwork, translated instructions or an interpreter). Employers and recruiters may be able to:

- Explain the visa and relocation steps and likely timelines in simple terms
- List commonly required documents (passport, CV, work references, qualification certificates)
- Clarify which documents need attestation or local translation
- Provide guidance on health checks, police certificates and other visa prerequisites
- Offer reasonable adjustments during application and interview stages

How to apply

Please submit a CV, two professional references and a short covering note explaining your relevant experience and availability. If you require visa sponsorship, state this clearly and include any questions about eligibility — the employer or recruiter will reply with guidance.

Important note

You must meet Saudi immigration, health and any background‑check requirements to take up a sponsored role. Employers can assist with paperwork, but securing the visa and meeting eligibility remains the applicant’s responsibility.
