About the role
You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health care within multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, recovery-oriented nursing care in inpatient and/or community settings.
- Perform comprehensive mental health and risk assessments and contribute to care plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, crisis management and patient education.
- Administer and monitor medications according to clinical protocols.
- Keep accurate, compliant clinical documentation and reports.

Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration (or eligible to register).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in mental health nursing or relevant clinical roles.
- Strong skills in psychiatric assessment, risk formulation, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, clinical judgement and teamwork skills.
- Postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing is highly regarded.
- Willingness to relocate to Australia and commit to a sponsored long-term role; eligibility for employer-sponsored skilled visas.
