POSITION: Engineer

Your Mission

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Project Management

• You will plan, design, and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.
• Preparing technical drawings, reports, and project documentation keeps stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements protects your team, the public, and our reputation.
• Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines requires constant attention and proactive problem solving.
• Coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders ensures seamless collaboration across disciplines.

Marketing & Content Creation

• You will develop and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials, telling the story of our work.
• Facilitating the capture of project progress through photos, videos, and site updates builds a rich visual archive.
• Creating engaging posts, articles, and promotional materials attracts clients and showcases our capabilities.
• Supporting branding and digital marketing initiatives keeps our messaging consistent and compelling.
• Collaborating with management to enhance company visibility and client engagement drives business growth.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for a candidate with the right education, experience, and skills. Here is what you need:

Technical Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of five to ten years of relevant experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Professional certification or membership with a recognized engineering body gives you a strong advantage.

Content Creation & Marketing Skills

• Skills in content creation including photography, videography, graphic design, or writing are highly preferable.
